- Listing property, professional pictures & dynamic pricing

- Screening of guests to make sure the guests are who they say they are (e.g. passports verification etc) and are the type of guests who will treat the property like their own

- Making sure your property is professionally cleaned between guests, who are supplied with top quality white crisp linen and fluffy towels along with breakfast items and treats to make the guests feel at home all at our expense

- Greeting guests and continuing support throughout their stay

- Checking property is left in good condition and general maintenance of property
